BOOKING

How do I place an order?

Please peruse our website to select the desired product for rental. Once chosen, kindly add each item to your quote. To review your selected products, simply click on the quote icon located on the top menu bar. Subsequently, proceed to input your details to initiate a quote inquiry, and we will promptly respond to your request.

How far in advance should I book my equipment?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the summer season (April-October), when demand is typically high. Providing us with ample notice allows us to fulfil all order requests and prevent any inconvenience. 

What if I have to cancel an order?

Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a full refund

Cancellations made within 7 days to arrival will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit their refund

How can I make payment?

Payment will be requested in full on check out by one of the following methods:

  • BACS – In Pounds Sterling
  • BACS – In Euros
  • MBway 
  • Cash In Euros upon Delivery/Collection from our office
DEPOSITS

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes; a deposit amount will be charged upon checkout to all rental equipment. 

When will I get my deposit back?

If you have paid for your rental equipment via BACS expect your refund to reflect between 2-5 days after the equipment is returned.

If you have paid for your rental equipment via MBway expect your refund to reflect within 24 hours after the equipment is returned.

If you have paid for your rental equipment with Cash expect your refund immediately after the equipment is returned. 

In what situation will my deposit be forfeited?

In the event that the rented equipment is damaged, broken or lost you will forfeit the entirety of the deposit. Please see DAMAGES & RETURNS for more information.

DELIVERY

When can I expect my items to be delivered & collected?

Faro airport delivery: 40 Minutes after your scheduled arrival

Resort delivery: 2-4 hours after scheduled arrival

Airport collections: 2 hours prior to scheduled departure

Resort collections: 3-5 hours prior to scheduled departure

Standard delivery times: Between 08:00am-18:30pm Monday -Sunday.

Deliveries can be made outside of these time at an extra cost of €25.

Can I collect my items?

Items can be collected free of charge from our office at a time suitable to you.

Can I expect the equipment to be clean & working?

Yes; each of our products go through an extensive cleaning and inspection process before being handed over to our customers.

DAMAGES

I have lost/ damaged an item I rented, what do I do now?

Please notify us of the damage, loss or breakage and if you will require a replacement. You can notify us on our direct line +351 486 474 or email us on sodapopkidspt@gmail.com. The Hirer will be held responsible for all loss, breakage or damage to the equipment from whatever cause. In the event that damage, loss or breakage occurs to the rented equipment the hirers will forfeit their deposit. 

How do I extend the rental period of my items?

Do you fit and assemble your equipment?

All equipment must be fitted and assembled by a Soda Pop Kids representative.

Is there a minimum rental requirement?

The equipment can be rented for a minimum of 1 day; this will be charged as a 7 day hire period.

Will I receive the exact items shown?

Unless specified, we will provide and item of like kind and quality.
